This leadership introduction is aimed at those who live or work in Lund and want to lead study circles or other learning processes based on IDG, or who for themselves are curious to explore how inner development can become a source of both hope and power of action.
Sensus's study material based on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) ** is based on the understanding that sustainable societal change also starts from within — in how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the nature of which we are a part.
During two days, you will receive an introduction to IDG with Sensus study materials:
Together we explore how the introduction can give you language, perspectives and concrete exercises as support for working with the material and IDG, as well as space for your own reflection on issues such as:
- how internal development can give force to joint transformation.
- how I, as a leader, can create space for both inner anchoring and joint commitment.
- how hope can be understood as a practice — something that grows through reflection, relationship and action.
- what existential sustainability means to me and how it can fit into everyday conversations and how I want to relate to the world I live in.
- how empathy, perspective-taking and relationship with nature can be deepened in learning processes.
We meet **on Saturday, May 23, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., and Sunday, May 24, 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. **
The leader introduction is free of charge.
The participants arrange lunch themselves but refreshments are offered during the afternoon.
**Welcome to conversations and reflections that nourish our inner power, deepen relationships, and open up new ways of being human and leaders in a time that needs it. **
